This newly remodeled ski-in/ski-out Breckenridge townhome is steps away from the 4 O'Clock ski run! Ski down to the Snowflake lift and ski back to the complex. There are 5 Peaks to ski. Peaks 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10. At the end of the day, you can ski right back to the home via the 4 O'Clock Run. This property is the best location and is spacious and family friendly. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances!
This type of Ski-in/out property is RARE in Breckenridge, as you can actually Ski out to the Snowflake lift and return at the end of the day to enjoy the private hot tub, sit by the fireplace, or make snow angels outside!
This amazing home has updated furnishings throughout. Beautiful lighting as well as new carpet and paint. This home is on 3 levels and sleeps up to 10 people.
The upstairs features a Master Suite with king bed, flat screen TV, private bath with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The 2nd Master bedroom, one level down on the main level, has a Queen bed with private en suite bathroom. The main level features a sunny and bright Great room with fireplace and Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes bar seating for 6. The refrigerator, microwave, oven/stove and sink were all upgraded. The dining area offers a large table with seating for 8. Additionally, the large patio has a large hot tub, grill and patio heater. Additionally, the large, patio provides al fresco dining for 4-6 in the warmer months.
The lower level features a bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds with private en suite bathroom. The final bedroom is on the main level and has a Queen bed.
This home is great for 2 families with plenty of space for both kids and adults to relax and enjoy!

“The pictures honestly did not do this place justice! The space is well thought out and much bigger and newer then the pictures showed. Decorated perfectly for a ski home! Very simple and not cluttered! Beds were unbelievably comfortable! The ski on/ski off feature was much easier then I thought it would be and was a huge benefit for our ski experience! Great Place to stay in Breck!
This house had been recently remodeled and was a great place to stay during the 2019 ski season. The Ski In & Out made getting up on the mountain the easiest process ever. The hot tub was a great way to relax after a long day of skiing. Has all the amenities you would want in a house up on the mountain. Will stay here again the next time we go to Breckenridge.
Great Location
We loved staying at this amazing home for our extended family ski trip. The ski-in ski-out location was so convenient. The decor was so nice. It was also very clean. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. We loved ending our evenings each night in the large hot tub under the stars. We will definitely return!
Perfect getaway
Stayed here over Labor Day weekend and had a blast! The location is perfect, right next to one of the ski runs. Since it was fall, we walked down one of the runs to breakfast one morning. It was a beautiful and relaxing walk into town. The house has all the amenities you could want for a weekend away with multiple families. The kids stayed in the bunk room downstairs and had a ton of room to spread out. We stayed in the Aspen room and loved having our own bathroom. The furnishings and decor are comfortable and very well done. Having a private hot tub just a few steps away topped it off. Oh, and our suburban even fit in the garage. I would definitely recommend this property.
